Kailene & TJ: Apple Orchard Maternity Session

Kailene and TJ are two amazing people. A few words to describe them: kind, welcoming, hospitable and discerning. When Kailene asked me to capture this beautiful, expectant season of life, I was thrilled! First, we ventured into a grassy apple orchard and soaked up all the stunning sights of fall, then we took a short trip to downtown Rockford and incorporated the dam, a quiet walking path, and a brisk green field. 

Sarver Family | A Lake Michigan Session

 

Since it's now the middle of the snowy winter, I figured we could all use a warm retreat into the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan. Last year, I got to capture the Sarver family's photos. It was a lovely session, complete with skipping on the breezy beach and exploring the sandy dunes.
